Are you hosting?
Then add:

if(self isHost()) { self ThermalVisionFOFOverlayOn(); }

Can add in the doDvars()

If not, just search for an ExternalHack for mw2

You have to be sure there is no cold bloded perks there.( I can't see any.. )
Else the wallhack for GSC code I linked you above wont work. ( Then go to the link...blue text. )

And I don't see why you don't get it to work.
Just but it in the OnPlayerSpawned()

It say all... If the player is the host then do whats in the { }
So if your the host, you get the Wallhack, and no one else...

Yes, you open the Hide and Seek folder and find the _rank.gsc ( It can also be named: _mission.gsc )
Open with notepad / ++

Scroll down to.
OnPlayerSpawned()

And do as I showed above.
