Ok so i have seen ppl and heard ppl gotten r9 scrolls.. n they said that once u mail it to someone is bind to that person forever.. so i will like to start a thread... if yall ever found one.. can yall tell me where n how.... or something or something.. so far i heard Yeti King hero mode n BL hero mode give out r9 scrolls

Good luck trying to hunt them. I've been trying to get just a Bloodlust from Regrets for over a month (including the 3 day free boat event), and still haven't found it.

Lol everytime someone brought up about BL ES it bring me pain.. caz i gotten it on my very first try of the regrets hero mode... n i thought bleh this might no be important since i got it on the first try.. so i ma just give it to my guild mate... caz he asked me for it.. n later he failed it n i discover it was worth 3-5mil back then.... i was like QQ
