What you need for:
You need memory hacking system


Scan your xp-adress
after that freeze it to below than 500
go to server change
login into recruit server
now you can change the xp adress to what you want


have fun by killing nubs

There a easier way to play on Recruit server without hacks. Well, ur account rank must be lower than Recruit rank and u keep on leveling and u still in there ROFL, but if u change servers, u cant go back
