You must have packet loss and 100+ ping must live 3000+ miles from the server. Before you say something is easy do it yourself.

I can actually afford good internet connection (20ms Ping Avg). Not to mention I live in Cali... so too bad. I'm sorry I don't need excuses to defend myself.

If you live 3000+ miles from the server u either live in the northwest territories in canada or in mexico
