Gaming pc's cost more, which if you don't have then you can't play any of the new games, especially in year or two.
+You can't trade games in. So any game you got is actually more expensive.
+Your limit on playable games is pretty low. Any games outside of the strict fps, rts, and rpg(meaning no action fps), are more difficult to play if you can even buy them due to the limit of PC games.
-Check gamestop. Walls of console games, very little PC games.
Operating a PC isn't even a problem. You can hardly say installing a game takes any knowledge of a PC at all, especially since almost all games do it automatically anyways.
Overall PC's have less games and less reason to play them than consoles.
