We pay like over like 170 $ for just basic HD ( 400+ channels ) phone and internet and now I have to reset my modem every 2 days after I reset i get 22 MBps down and 5 up and then 3 days later 5 down and 4 up what the hell comcast once verizon fios down here SMD comcast

My modem is like 3-4 years old and works fine.
You probably live where the signal isn't that strong.

Call your ISP and ask them to boost your signal strength. I had to do that a couple times at my old house.
