She failed to pay it back, and after 4-5 months of dodging him, she was banned. She would have been unbanned after she paid back CZAR until this:

The problem is people didn't pay their money back and people who are "sick" shouldn't bring it to the internet. Then they ignored dave when he tried to confront them on this shit, and he banned them.
