$20.00 visa card

I want to trade this for $20.00 in paypal.

Dont they give a fee for adding credit cards? When i added my credit card, 25$ only 22$ was in paypal.

You should lower if they do.

This is a debit card. You cant add it onto a paypal.

You cant use visa debits on paypal, thus you dont get any fees.
