Actually it's based on math. They put a % of outcome of each duration and 5% is for perm. There method is like the math problem where u have 2 red marbles 4 blue marbles 3 orange what is outcome of red and blue. Same shit bro this is useless.

If anyone actually believes this then they need to think again! This is a fail thread, because this doesn't work; Weapon Renewal kits are completely random, but if you get like 7 or 15 item Weapon Renewal Kits then you'll have more of a chance in getting your PERM (i.e. better chance because more cases, also it is cheaper then buying them one at a time). I am not sure if the amount of days the NX weapon you bought effects the Weapon Renewal Kit any different, but I think it doesn't affect anything at all besides that you bought a longer time limited weapon.
