Need Help with Minecraft Permissions Plugin..T_T

I just got a Multiplayer Server going....And im having trouble using most commands..like setspawn sethome etc..

Im just curious what i put under admin permissions so i can use all commands...

What do i put between ' '???

EDIT: It's the commands that "Admin" group can access.

'*' = Everything.
