Exe encrypter

Can i post an exe encrypter? It does bypass most security except launch control in kapersky ect but does bypass windows defender, spyware terminator ect completely. However i feel because of this it will be used for viruses instead of protecting the source. What do you think should i post it or not? If you want it and your staff PM me.
