localization.txt has nothing to do with ure problem. if you still got the rip, then simply unrar it and play.

he means that if u download the game from alyeriwnet torrent or any link u will get a 7z file ...............u just have to decompress it with winrar or 7z etc and just play so simple no installation and hassle
