Well they work for me too.
If you did the renaming method before just delete all your iw_**.iwd-s that you have a localized_English_modded_iw_**.iwd of. The new patch just did a cache check and re-downloaded the missing ones off of steam.

Ya they do...i play with my costume gold l96a1 online..you mean you can't host a lobby with your skins

guys when an any update come's up you just have to delete all the modified files and re download the .iwd files with steam then rename it again to localized_English_bajs_iw_ and reinstalled again the custom textures.
that all way's work for me.
