Hosting Minecraft server without Hamachi
1. Download minecraft hosting software. Scroll down until you are at the Multiplayer beta server software
and download the Minecraft_Server.exe and minecraft_server.jar

2. Make a folder somewhere in your desktop called server and put minecraft_server.jar and Minecraft_Server.exe in it.
3. Run it, Minecraft_Server.exe will open up and copy a lot of files in you server folder. If you get an error saying not enough ram make a .bat file with (Make sure you delete Minecraft_Server.exe after it has copied all the files)

4. Now we have to port forward your ip. Download a port checking program like https://www.portforward.com/store/PFPortChecker.exe and check the port 25565.
4.5 If your port 25565 is open skip to step 9
5. If your port ins't open, we have to find your default gateway ip, by opening command prompt and typing "ipconfig". Scroll up and you will find default gateway.
6. Type in your default gateway ip with your favourite internet browser and type in your modem/router user-name and password. If you dont know it, go on this link and put in your modem/router model and it will give you the default user-name and password.

7.Go to the port forwarding section of your modem/router and make your starting port 25565 and your ending port 25565, and make sure you select your external ip or your ipv4 address. (All modems are different and you port forward it differently) (OPENING THE PORT WILL MAKE THE PORT VULNERABLE TO A RANGE OF ATTACKS)
8. Use your port checking program and check the port "25565"
9. If you 25565 port is open go over to your server folder and open you server.properties file with note pad. In the "server-ip=" type in the ip you port forwarded. (In the server.properties file you can turn on pvp and etc.)
10. Run the server with the bat file you created if you dont get a ram error or run your server with minecraft_server.jar. Your done now. Tell your friends to join your ip in the multiplayer section of minecraft.
