The items are ran Fully over the internet. the user contains no files therefore no modding. only thign saved user wide is screenshots

thats a lie, why would i download and install it then? it is not run through the internet, the LOGIN is on internet and u launch the game already pre-logged in from there, but the graphics/guns/entire system, was downloaded and installed on your computer, therefore: you cannot mod your statistics, but you can mod the graphics!
