Extract it to Desktop. Youll see the dll. Its called Noob.dll

i get a msvcr100d.dll error when i open up "NOOB H4X Elite" thing and go on combat arms on website, i got the msvcr100d.dll in my combat arms folder and its still giving me the error, does anyone know how to fix this?
