Point is, you can't read or you don't read, reading manga is out too. Then you pretty much only will watch dubbed anime. You pretty much have to buy dubbed anime, which means your selection is low. That being said any anime you buy had already came out in japan 2-3 years ago, which is the same with manga if you don't wanna read scans.
