Hello all guys, the title says all...im getting this error,...
i uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3times, i downloaded the game, i formated my pc 4 times....and still getting the error...I cant login, i cant enter in the game... im sad

Actually. This happened to me before. Keep trying, It'd start soon enough
Also, make sure no overlays. Such as xFire or Steam or Fraps or any of those kind of applications are running. Then try

try a diff PC connected to the same router, to see if ur mac-address is okay, if it works, then just try re-installing it to a different HDD(could also be ur ip). if the other PC doesnt work on CA, then it has something to do with ur mac address.

restart a new file of ca and there u fixed it. suggest u dnt use mods anymore of u will start over again :/

Try other accounts then sign back on the other account.
