How to shoot very Fast using SecWepon

Hey guys, you've seen someone who shoot very fast with
a Secondary weapon Like:
Barreta
Glock
Luger (double)

and all other more
Its like this

If they got laptop they use
the mouse and the left click in the laptop

if in XP they type something to make the shoot higher
or using a program.

I think thats clever to use 2 clicker in laptop.

Now guys please leave reply on what you think

they are most times using a macro or program to help them shoot faster. And I say that's cheating towards other players.

But I think there are mouses which have possibilities to adjust the speed, one of my friend has a mouse like that, he can change the "speed click", and the speed movement the mouse is more reactive. But it's expensive.

Its cause of there mouse i dont know the name anymore but it has a button that will auto click the price of this mouse is around the $90. Scrimm players uses this mouse escept me cause i can't afford it :$
