This is kinda untrue because:

(webpages vary in size)
(emails can have dozens+ of pictures and videos)
(word documents could be colored with weird shit and have pictures)
(digital photos could be large panoramas)
(200 songs could be HQ)
(at an average of 2minute 30second songs, sure)
(movies i download are at 750mb usually, so this is somewhat true)
(ehh depends on the game)

Office docx (2007+) is MUCH more efficient - you could probably attach 5000 10 page word docs. We have blu rays now

Standard DVD is 4.7GB, blur ray can be 25GB. I'm braindead to do any more calculations this early.
