Can some1 teach me flying glitch Please?

Its easy.Here are the steps:

1.Crouch and go forward each other
2.Someone moves to the left or right a little
3.They stand up and someone shhots to tell when to jump

It should be in the glitch section, but i answer the question.
Steps:
2 players need
Both players need to crouch
Walk to each other till you got in him
Than both stay up
Than 1 need to move a bit to right/left.
Than when one give an sign (Like a shot) than both jump.
Than you do the fly jump
