I just took a look at it, if I could help you I would (in the mood for a challenge) but I'm on a mobile device. Use google translate while signing up and photoshop yourself up a passport you find off google images. Oh, and you need to use internet explorer- not firefox. Plenty of lengthy tutorials on the web for this. Sorry OP!

I read that you actually need to send over a passport, I would reccomend getting a picture off Google Images and changing the name and stuff via photoshop.

Thanks again for the help so i guess what you mean is getting a passport template from google images and pasting a picture on it and typing a random ID on the resulting photoshopped photo? Then just e-mail them the whole thing?
