i m lagging like shit in CA lol (i know wht u thinking who cares :P)

is there any way to stop the lag, my lag is fps lag not internet when i take out texture.rez from the game folder its works like a charm but when i put it back i lag like crap is there any texture mod so that i can lag less?

and my graphics card is shit its a 256mb Intel integrated graphics card

Texture mod that will make you lag less? I don't think so. Well czar released a mod that would fix lag by removing certain effects from the game. Search it. The problem could be your computer. But I'll leave this matter to someone who knows what they are talking about. Or well your Internet.

Take out Texture.rez and be happy
It makes players easier to see

Also, you can try getting a better pc
Your CPU and RAM may be causing lag

As flameswor10 said, take out Textures.rez
It will remove the textures in the game and it will have to process less, and hopefully cut some lag out.

Your ram is not good enough. Your graphics card has nothing to do with it. The game loads REAL slow the first time, then it saves it in the ram (Assuming you have space) You either need to upgrade your Ram, get a faster Processor, or clear some Ram space. Oh, and deleting the texture file would work aswell, as it takes up more space for things to be loaded and stored.
