You mean like hack into someone else's account holder and register a domain on it?
I wouldn't advise it, because, they will get it back, and plus own your domain, unless they report it, and then the company who registered it, might take hold of it.
Unless you transfer the domain, which may require paperwork on both sides, (depending on company) you will loose it. Transferring may also cost you, it just depends on the company.
So in the end, it's best to just avoid it.

The only way to "hack a domain" is to hack the owner of the domain. Or in lamers terms, keylog, trojan, etc. and get access to their control panel.
