party_hostmigration 0; party_connecttimeout 1; badhost_endgameifisuck 0
write it in console at the main menu then go in a gametype you wanna play wait some time for ppl then you should be host
2:for extra xp type in console scr_xpscale 4;map_restart
3:EXTRA=to change map type map mp_mapname
