    Camtasia is by far the best non-gaming recorder I have used. Good features, easy to use, and the compression is really good so 10+ minute long videos will only be like 70MB instead of like 100Gb when using FRAPS.

    Never really used much Hypercam, but I always felt it was just not that great. :\
