virus detected name:W32/secrisk-processpatcher based my AV ask me to rebot my computer to delete the virus can some one can scan it one more time

i used this with no probs i am on a emachine with a nvidia graphic card. amd processor 512 mb ram and i followed the instructions to the letter!if u got probs i suggest you look back over the video and check your computers specs
