I'm starting a service where I'll make you free intros. Though they must be intros you pick from a video.

So look at this video below and when you see a intro you like in the video post the number that is on that intro in the top right below in this format:

Intro Request Form
Intro Number:
Text: What text you want in the intro
Video Thumbnail: Any video thumbnail that may have to be included with the intro. A lot of intros don't need this!
Extra: Any thing else you need to say then put it here!

Get new text, don't use stock SFX that're used all over youtube, get a better background texture.
