Item and Health are Serversided, cant be hacked, only with packet editor.

1. you use my Hack for Offline.

2. You didnt use it anywehre.

I have to say, these hacks only tested on win 7 46 bit

1. Try to update ur Minecraft, maybe it works.

2. Start the hack firstly, than start Minecraft.

3. Press InGame v,than u must have 100 of the Selected Item in the Slot.
if this work, the hack works complete.

I don't think this works. I tried to make a hack myself but minecraft crashed everytime I used Memory Write.
So I think it's fake.... Schade drum

It didn't even work for singleplayer, I doubt that it would work for MP, items are server-sided anyways.

Nur weil du es nicht schafst mit CE ein "Hack" zu machen, muss es ja kein Fake sein xDDDD

EDIT : Please Remember, Firstly start the Hack, and than start Minecraft.
Only testet with Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

So dont spam this Thread with "Dont Work" or "Just Fake"
Or i Delete the Hack File !
