Ok so i join a game and i buy the T-2 Permanent and all of a sudden i press right click and i scope >.>

Then when i checked my gun got no scope on it nor is it drawn on it. I tested this with my friend earlier and he bought it permanent, and he didn't have a scope. Is anyone having this issue or was there an event where it comes with a free scope? I hope its not cause the scope is awesome (Itech) and i dont wanna pay for scope modification .
