when i make a login screen mod, i dont get this part -
"5. The ratio of the resolution of your new image should be 4:3 so put the new image onto the old login screen image and transform it by pressing Ctrl + T and press Shift while resizing to keep the ratio as it was. Make sure that you only cover the part of the old image and do not go into the black strip on the bottom."
like how do i change the resolution of the new image to 4:3?

Hmm, it's a lot easier to just create a new image, 1024x768 pixels, and then paste your new image onto the LoginBG.
