Signature & Avatar Request

Hi!
So, there are 2 reasons why I want to change my Signature/Avatar:
1. I've been having the same avatar and signature for a long time
2. My avatar is being used by someone called -Epic and there's nothing I can do about it.
So this is what I want:

Main Text: [QQ]?lol [middle left side]
Size: 150x150 for avatar, any size for signature and 1440x900 for wallpaper.
Style: Abstract
Theme: Ninja Gaiden
Colour: Any color you want, but I need something dark
Render: Ninja Gaiden [click on the blue words for image]
Designers: @Doc, @Haze, @Ethereal, @Scrcrw, @Kyle, @Ryguy, @Decobez, @Ali G, @Ryan, @Acinonyx, @Sinsation, @Keroaplt, @Paramount, @Alen, @Takari, @Ravallo
Other Information: I need the work to be pretty, eye-appealing and interesting. If anyone is interested, please let me know about the approximate time when the work will be finished.

You don't have to do all the 3, you can choose if you want avatar or signature, I don't need the wallpaper.

OK, thanks so much! Btw, do you know any program to shrink an image, for example if I have a 1600x1200 image, how can I make it smaller to let's say 150x150?

EDIT: I found it! Do you really need me to crop out the ninja out of the image? I have photoshop but I'm good at it as my grandma in football.
