CAFlames and other hacks won't work... Solved

Not one single hack works for me. CAFlames tried helping me but he has no idea what the problem is. Neither do I.
I run windows 7 x64 bit, use PerX packed with mpress, and for CAFlames' hack I get to the screen with the guy running on the bottom, then a crash.
For any other hack it just crashes before startup.
If you'd like to help, please say so...

I use PerX and CAFlames hack works fine for me. Windows Vista 32-Bit

Try reinstalling Combat Arms. Install DirectX 9.0+. Install Net FrameWork 4.

Even though I did that it still didn't work.
