opening rar files

for some reason maybe its me i open a rar file then it promps if you want to save or run everytime i do either i just starts over and asked the same thing

how can i fix that if somebody could help that would be great

it could also be the way its being opened

like the bypass it wont download cause its a rar but exe. or zipped are fine to open

Perhaps he isn't installed winrar? If thats the case, download it from here: WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

Winrar is needed to open a .rar file.
