How can i run a public server ?(steam)

Im got banned for 6 month aggo and in the last week, i started to use the MW2 Liberation!
Now i can only run mods in Private matches or Public match that i need to be the host!
In the instructions i need to do find game and then select my favorite mod and then when i enter to the serching lobbie i need to heet the hotkey (F4) and start when ready!
But it dont finding players! what i need to play with my self?!?!?!?
What can i do?!

Its normal, if you are banned mw2 liberation allow you only to play in private match (technical reasons with VAC) so if you want people to join you you have to use Lobbytracker and your server will be full :P

If u want to be unbanned then buy a new cd key and host again using mw2 liberation
and get banned :d
