well some say ip others acc ! but nexon seems pissed so idk lets wait and see
do they just ban your account or your ip? im not to sure about it. just wanting some info
They'll ban by IP and Acc if you get into serious hacking and whatnot.
I believe it's Acc ban if they find you're using Console stuff.
They Ban by account, unless you do something insanely bad.
well i just didnt want my ip to get banned and have the rest of my fam pissed at me haha. and yes like other people i do use alts so idc if my acc gets banned
From my experience with the Tieve's Box event (which I did believing it was a legitimate method, since there's nothing in their rules that states it's wrong to delete and create characters to get more boxes), only the alternate accounts I created got banned temporarily. I think it was a 1 or 2 week ban and now they're active again.
Hmm that reminds me, maybe I should level them up to 70 lol!
If you're a cheater, please read "Vindictus Cheater's Guide: The Basics". Play safe, cheat safe!
They ban your cellphone, your house and your sister.
Ah we-a blaze the fyah, make it bun dem!

They don't ban, because it's all in Korean. So, they need to call Nexon Korea to attempt banning someone without making mistakes, look at what happened with Tieve Box.
uhmm what about those from 2x jumped to 70 in just less than a month
nexon motto " you touch my $ you die "
They ban by irregularities.
They notice you skipped a bunch of missions to get to boat 6? High chance of ban
Extremely low title count corresponding to your level and date of creation? High chance of ban.
etc. etc.
They could even probably sue people that created NX items, considering they can track your IP because you're a script kiddie and didn't know/think about changing your IP and using an alt char to do it. They "could" doesn't mean they will do it though... But it's a theft in some way, so...
I'm pretty sure they filed a lawsuit before. It's obviously hidden due to confidentiality reasons such as the public name of the person (Nexon v. Person) or something along the lines of that listed in the lawsuit case.
I think the game was either Audition (which they no longer have) or Maplestory, not sure.
Either way, it could have been just a false rumor at that time which I believed but it was pretty convincing.
