if you use alteriwnet then yes it should load first then the game just alt escape and then type devmap cliffhanger <==== just an example not sure if thats the name
then type noclip
also you can bind it to a button like this type it in console
bind n noclip so when you press n noclip will be on btw you have to do this for every map you play to see the map name type mapname in console
