When I try the hack, the game just exits to Desktop without showing any error.
I did:
- rename HSUpdate.exe to HSUpdate.exe123
- run the CombatArms.exe (from EliteVision-CombatArms-Public3.5), OK.
- run the CombatArms Laucher, Start.
- Get into the 1st screen with the guy holding a rocket (before the Login screen). I can see the Crosshair and the InfoBar, therefore the bypass and injection should be working. I can even press Home and use the hack options.
- The screen turns black and the game exits out to Desktop instead of the Login screen. Without telling me any error.
Can anyone help me?

I need help, it tells me that there is an error with hackshield and exits me out of the game. I dont understand why you people cant give us a comprehensive walthrough. you act like everyone knows this stuff.

Yeah, seriously. I have Vista and I am getting the same issue. I load the hack, everything looks fine, i pick a server, and bam, my game closes, about 10 seconds later the Hackshield error pops up. Can someone PLEASE write some kind of help guide or fix for this error?
So far, all proposed fixes do NOT work for me. Turning UAC off, adding Engine.exe to the DEC (or whatever it is), renaming HSUPdate.exe, none of it works.Last edited by ThaPooh; 08-14-2008 at 04:21 PM.
