The text looks too future-theme to be a poster about racism/violence, maybe use a stencil font. And the bloodstain on the floor is rather ridiculous, like some ax murderer came and chopped somebody into a fine mist. And the guy in the front looks like a scary black rapist thug, not like someone who is allowed within 500 feet of a school.
