Not anymore. There's very little use for them. They aren't even needed for challenges and stuff anymore, seeing as tho everyone's just posting their own renders and such.

It didnt seem like a great idea at first, but it worked amazingly well. Jr.GFX people were then eventually promoted to GFX Team if they performed adequately.
