Yes, some people say it works for 32 bit windows 7 (x86 is the proper term) however, I can say personally it works for the 64 bit version (which is x64).

Get Microsoft Security Essentials or something simple as well, and if you can't get rid of Norton, then make sure you make a "Do not Scan" folder for the files being detected

Anti-virus problems.^

(Not recommended)
Disable your Anti-virus.
Download the Hack.
Extract where ever.
Keep your anti-virus off.
Play.

(Recommended)
Or instead of having your anti-virus off.
Add a exception to the hack for the anti-virus.

Permission Problems.

(Not recommended)
Press the start menu button and search "UAC" (or use control settings)
Disable UAC.

Right Click the Injector, and run as Administrator.

mmm worked great (at first). didn't have any issues with it, other then some of the options disabling themselves randomly, and it was only things like no fog so... w/e.
though im having an issue now. it doesn't seem to inject. starts up fine, opens CA, but apparently does inject. i've run it as admin, there is no AV enabled when running, etc etc the basics. anyone else have an issue like this?

For the first part about it disabling, you must press insert once you join a game (if you use it.) Second I would try getting the dll that the .exe it injects (stealth.dll) and injecting it with your choice of injector.
