If there were no hackers in Combat Arms, it wouldn't be what it is today. Just think about it the world with no criminals, it would be totally BORING, with everyone doing the right thing.

No, they certainly can't fix it 100%, ,but they can cut it pretty close if they implemented a detection system similar to VAC. Look at games using VAC, hacking, is virtually non-existent. VAC bypasses are far and few in between, and most of them are VIP. The fraction of them that are pub, usually get patched in a short span of time.
