Depends on what you mean by "advanced graphic settings". It's a decent card and it should be able to handle BF3 well enough, but I don't think you can expect anything extreme from it.

Usually "advanced" refers to options that are manually configured and not understood by normal users. I have yet to see a game name the high settings "advanced" and as such I really doubt BF3 would do so first.
