IP farming need lil help about that

So yeah i noticed now i realy get low IP...
when i loose like somewhere about 70/90 and if i win
like 80/120
but whats a good way to farm IP?
cuz i get those feelings to spend money on Riot Points nuuuuwwww
so if anyone could help a bit about IP farming that would be great

i play LoL for almost a year and its getting bored when u farm IP slow...
when ur a beginner u farm much more lol

try to aim for ~45-50min games
