Evie's simple SP/transformation Fix

This is what I posted in doomsday's original SP/Transformation post so credits to him for the idea.
In addition there is a "no cooldown" attachment for evies.

I know he has posted the "Unlimited SP, Unlimited Transform & Transformation from Level 1!" and nunya has posted the " ultraEvie" which already has this hack, but both of them are all souped up. This is just the unlimited SP and transformation with the Evie FIX, for those that do not want all of the other extra effects.

I was hesitant to repost this because of the fact that most people already have nunya's or doomsday's, but it was requested. Oh, and props to Fovea for his HFSsign. So enough talk, here it is:

In addition to that, here is the unlimited SP AND No cooldown for Evie spells, basically it removes the cooldown and stamina cost of every single one of evie's spells, this was requested by @m1938mauser so thank him for the idea:

yessir, it is exactly that. However I added another file for evie's that disables the cooldown and stamina cost of evie's spells

yes, just the 2nd file, it contains the three that you mentioned all in one
the first file is for those who only want the unlimited SP/Transformation
