This means that "ahk_class" of AlterIWNet is also "IW4". Now all you need is to:
1. Download this
2. Copy "scr" folder and rename the duplicate to "Sph4ck_qs"
3. Delete the files "Config.py" and "Config.pyc" from it
4. Copy the file "Config.py" from my "Sph4ck_qs" folder (from my release)
5. Copy all the files except "Sph4ck_qs" folder from my release to the AlterIWNet External BoxESP folder
6. Follow the instructions from the first post
I didn't test it, but I believe it should work. Good luck

in this version eternal esp (1.1) aimbot doesnt work (on alteriwnet ofcause), but i tested last version 5.2 esp, in this hack aimbot work, but all folder contains 2 files: ExternalBoxESP for AlterIWnet.exe and msvcr100d.dll
respectively, combine your files with EXTERNAL ESP useless

I am obv talking about alteriwnet

Edit:I deleted my extESP config, open your config and renamed the cod_window thingy to AlterIWnet.
Now it works, but the top bar that we used toggle the option on/off are gone, anyway to get those
back?
