They can see what processes are running at the time CA starts though, i'm fairly sure that's how it works.

Yes, they do that, and a few other checks.

It's been known to happen; if MPGH is the front tab while you start CA, there's a chance that CA will crash. I think it's like an off chance of 1 out of every 100 starts that it'll check the processes. However, i'm not sure.

It isn't worth reporting someone, nexon looks at it. Bans the account or just Closes it. If there account gets banned they just come back Either hacking or submitting 30 tickets a day to Nexon saying heres my fucken evidence. Then they get un-banned and walla, the process repeats itself.
