You can't really say. Both have different traits.
Thompson is a weak-powered gun, but because of its rate of fire and accuracy it is a killer at close range. Medium Range is not bad, but long range it shit.
RPK is like on a whole new league on its own, like the AK. Heavy Weight, Killer Power and Accuracy.
