Have you tried checking on local sites like craigslist? If not then your best bet for a good quality cheap one would be to go to a marine supply store or rv supply store. They're small and take up little power.

Try norcold. Good mini-fridges cost about 300 bucks for the cheapest. But they pull about five volts and can also be used as a freezer. They also plug into cigarette lighters if you take them with you in a vehicle.
