How to make a successfulness clan

Okay here are steps to a successfulness clan.
1. Have a Creative Name
2. Have at least 5 people ready to join.
3. Have a Clan emblem on Start.
4. Have color Name for Clan.
5. Make rules right off the bat.
6. Use megaphones Saying "Tryouts for whatever type of clan now Whisper me" Somthing similar.
7. Make it Certain rank can join 2lt or higher.
8. Keep good kill death ratios in clan.
9. make sure all players are online a lot.
10. Clan war everyday when 4 people get online.

You dont need LT's to win. My clan is full of Privates but i owned 10 LT+ clans in elim pro. They all said i hack cause im better then them.

Im just saying for example have a rank set where you can be below.. nothing saying it has to be LT could be Private, Csm, Sgt ect

These are so obvious. To get good players right off the bat is absurd, no one decent will want to join some dud level 1 clan. Not to mention the amount of nx required for a 'successful clan.' As a matter of fact, to get such high requirements such as a good kdr, 2lt rank and active players is almost impossible for a level clan run by some unknown player. What you really need to do is:

1. Establish your reputation among the legit society especially the ex-wogl players by constantly playing rooms with WOGL rules, SND etc.Buy joining a larger clan/famous clan, you maybe able to influence a minority of the clan to come to your side.
2. After establishing your reputation, ask some decent players to start of cwaring in a new clan. 3. Ensure you're constantly on vent etc. to create a more active interaction.
4. If your clan starts getting bigger, then buy emblem/name colour.

ALTERNATIVELY
1. Get a bunch of closet hacks
2. Once your clan is quite large kick them.
3. Start recruiting better players as your clan level has become more desirable.

You get some noobs to join and a few good people then u rank to lvl 2 and fire all the noobs... then ppl wanna start joining. then u raise reqs. then u raise em every time u lvl up a little bit and b4 long u hav an awesome clan...
